ÇEŞTOB is the professional association that brings the hotels, holiday villages, boutique hotels and accommodation businesses operating on the Çeşme peninsula together under one roof. We protect the common interests of our members, raise service quality and represent the region in national and international markets.

To advocate for our members' concerns before public institutions with one voice, and to build a sustainable, year-round, high-quality tourism ecosystem in Çeşme through training, promotion and partnership programs.

What We Do

Bridge to the Public Sector
Representation of our members before the district governorship, the municipality, the provincial tourism directorate and the ministry.

Service Quality Training
Front office, housekeeping, kitchen, guest relations and occupational safety programs.

Domestic and International Promotion
A joint Çeşme stand at Travel Turkey İzmir, EMITT and regional fairs.

Employment and Season Planning
Internship protocols with tourism high schools and universities, a seasonal staff pool.
Our Journey
Foundation
The Association was founded out of the need of Çeşme hoteliers for common representation.
Growth
Membership grew; businesses in Ilıca, Alaçatı and Dalyan joined the Association.
2024
At the elective General Assembly, a new Board of Directors took office under the chairmanship of Orhan Belge.
Today
143 member properties, a sustainable tourism program and the goal of four-season promotion.
