As ÇEŞTOB, acting as data controller under the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698), we process the personal data you share during membership applications, training registrations, newsletter subscriptions and contact requests solely for the relevant purpose and to the extent necessary.
Data Processed and Purposes
- Identity and contact data — managing the membership process, delivering information and invitations.
- Property and capacity details — compiling the member directory and preparing regional statistics.
- Training registration data — planning seats and issuing certificates.
Your Rights
You may submit your requests under Article 11 of the Law in writing to [email protected] or to our head office. Requests are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; where the process entails additional costs, the fee schedule set by the Personal Data Protection Board applies.
