Excitement for the Türkiye Culture Route Festival Begins in Çeşme

The 2026 Çeşme Program, prepared within the scope of the İzmir events of the Türkiye Culture Route Festival organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey, held its opening with a ceremony. Orhan Belge, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ÇEŞTOB (Çeşme Association of Tourist Hoteliers and Operators), attended the opening ceremony, which created great excitement in the district. Starting with the opening speeches by Şeref Yumruk, Acting Director of the Çeşme Museum, Lal Denizli, Mayor of Çeşme, and Mehmet Maraşlı, District Governor of Çeşme, the program was colored by folk dances and marching band performances. A Wind of Culture and Art Will Blow for 9 Days Throughout the festival, taking place from October 24 to November 1, Çeşme will host concerts, exhibitions, workshops, and gastronomy events. Aiming to strengthen Çeşme's tourism potential and cultural heritage, the organization is receiving intense interest from the local community and visitors.
